Sugar all grown up!

Last Sunday I had the pleasure of photographing a beautiful senior from Warren High School in San Antoino, TX. The funny thing about this shoot is that the last time I saw this gorgeous young woman she was in third grade and followed me around like my little shadow when I was babysitting her. We used to fix each others' hair, play cards, and watch the Spice Girls movie until she fell asleep. Well, this Daddy's girl is all grown up now but still as sweet as ever... Friday from Heaven...

Last Friday I had the opportunity to attend a fabulous workshop, Shauna Maness business workshop.  The reason I titled this "Friday from Heaven" was because this workshop was such a blessing.  I learned so much and left with a head full of ideas and the urge to get started right away.  I also got to meet some wonderful photographers and was totally inspired by all of them.

Thank you Shauna, Beth and Alyssa for helping me in ways you can't imagine.  Below are some pics of a gorgeous and extremely affectionate couple (jealous!) from Bryan, TX.  Why can't all my couples be this easy...

Happy 25th Hanies...

Today I had an opportunity to photograph an awesome family.  Mom and Dad were celebrating their 25th wedding anniversary.  Thanks for crawling on the ground Hanies and I hope ya'll like the pics...  Yes, Sam you can post this on your myspace!  Just keep the logo on.

First child

I just had to post a couple of pics of my first puppy Buford.  He does get to hunt ducks now and then, but Pearl cuts in line most of the time when it comes to at-home attention.  Look into his eyes and you can see what a sweet boy he is.  I am very blessed to have him as my dog.

I had to post this quick little picture of my new little niece Emmy Marie. She came to Texas for the first time to say "hello" this past weekend. She is such a beautiful little miracle. She is going to have a tough job of unspoiling her older sister Bradlie Renee. May the Lord be with her...
